*NOTE:  All classes are designed to be multi-level in order to accommodate the beginner or advanced participants.  Our instructors are nationally certified and are prepared to deliver a safe, effective and enjoyable class.

Step Class



STEP & KICK: Be ready to move! This class is a combination of two of the most popular cardio classes
offered. The fun movements of step and kickboxing will guarantee to help you reach your fitness goals.

STEP & SCULPT: Another favorite! A complete work-out which consists of a step work-out for the first portion of the class and resistance training moves to sculpt your entire body for the remainder of the class.

YOGA: Come and enjoy the day without stress by linking viyasas in a vigorous rhythm for power and strength, learn how to utilize your breath in order to gain the most benefit out of your class.

YOGA/PILATES: An awesome way to get in shape! A fusion of yoga practice and Pilates principles that will focus on core strength and flexibility.

ZUMBA: The newest cardio craze! Cardio dance fitness work-out along with great energetic music, fantastic choreography and an array of Latin steps such as Meringue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Mambo and much more.

BELLY DANCING: Variety is the key! Learn a wide array of styles and movements from the folk, social and classical traditions of Middle Eastern cultures.

BODYSCULPT: One of the ladies favorite classes! Challenge yourself while having fun by sculpting and toning your body with hand held weights, rubber tubes, stability ball and BOSU, etc. Awesome class!

CARDIO KICKBOXING: Be ready for the challenge! This innovative aerobic class combines elements of boxing and martial arts and utilizes large muscles which increase your heart rate and burn those unwanted calories.

*CSF*IRON: Gain the results you have always dreamed of. Welcome to a unique full body sculpting class for CORNERSTONE FITNESS done with barbell equipment. You will challenge, strengthen and tone each muscle group while achieving a rock hard body of “Iron”.

HI/LO AEROBICS: The ultimate challenge! An awesome cardiovascular workout that will increase your heart rate while burning calories and increasing your lung capacity. This dynamic class will provide a workout regime that will vary from high to low impact levels and cater to all fitness levels.

HI/LO & STEP: Always a favorite! The best of both worlds guarantees you will get the maximum results from two intense cardiovascular aerobic formats. Challenging!!

PILATES: It is the craze of 2009! Concentrate on your core strength and gain long and lean muscles while following the Pilates principles.

STEP: For all those step lovers! This class is designed to challenge all participants. It is a class that offers higher intensity options through the use of safe, but exciting and motivating choreography. Lots of fun!

STEP INTERVAL: A great way to get in shape! This is a dynamic class for those who want to burn fat and tone the upper and lower body while alternating intervals of step and strength training.
