GROUP EXERCISE GUIDELINES

  1. Be on time. For Safety reasons you should not enter a class in progress.

  2. Bring water to class in a plastic closed container.

  3. Towels are mandatory.

  4. Work at your own pace. Please feel free to stop and rest at anytime.

  5. Please offer any suggestions to the instructor before or after the class.
